Robin began coaching in high school while racing herself and assisting with swim teams at the Local YMCA and Erie Mason high school 1985. After high school and getting her Exercise Physiology degree from the University of Toledo and then her Massage degree at the Humanities Center in Tampa FL, she continued to coaching youth swim teams at the local YMCA.
In 2013, she decided to turn her passion from the hospitality industry to the Triathlon community and started her company, Excell Tri Coaching. In 2015, the company expanded and added coaching for children and groups. She continue to create and develop new relationships USA Triathlon and the local Triathlon community and feels this is a way to pay it forward.
As an athlete, Robin completed in her first Triathlon 1994 in Clermont, FL which was where her love for the started and has competed in all levels of Triathlon and X-terra Racing and is added Aqua Bikes, Time Trial Cycling and Road Racing. With her experience and love for the sport she paves the way for the future. She has accomplished many podium finishes with Triathlon, Aquabike, Running, Swimming and Cycling. In 2017, she attended her first ever World Triathlon festival in Penticton, Canada and finished 6th in AG & first overall in the KOZ events series in Aqua Bike. Starting 2018, Robin wanted to help pay it forward by becoming a guide for the visually impaired and still enjoying it today.
In December of 2021, after years of knee injuries and pain from arthritis, Robin took the next steps and got a Total Left Knee Replacement. Her plans for 2022 were to take the year off from racing and focus on strength and conditioning. She believes that rehabilitation is key to the success of a knee replacement. I plan to return to racing including running in 2023.

Missy has over 20 years of coaching experience, with proven results, her primary goal is to try and create a love for fitness to such an extent that the athlete wants to make it a lifelong habit, whether it be recreationally or competitively. She was a NCAA Division I track and cross country athlete, World Triathlon qualifier, competitive road racer, cross country skier and cyclist. She has coached world and nationally ranked athletes, high school, college, recreational and triathletes. She is USA Track and Field certified coach and a NFHS Level 3 accredited coach, and has an exercise science background. Her belief is that the greatest successes in coaching are not the fast times, or amazing wins, but great strides in improvement. She has developed a program that works on form, strength, and power to increase pace, build endurance, and prevent injury. Her training schedule has proven success now for over 20 years. It has enabled athletes to achieve huge milestones they otherwise did not think possible, from dropping minutes off a race, to just being able to finish one. When a coach can take an athlete and give them their dreams and goals, then a coach is truly successful.

Coach Elizabeth started racing triathlons in 2009 after being inspired by the 2008 Olympics. Her first sprint triathlon included a borrowed bike (from a stranger!) sneakers on top of clip-in pedals and shorts over a bathing suit. She finished exhausted, elated and ready for more! After an injury-filled few years, her husband saw a segment on the news calling for triathletes to race for a local Tucson charity and an entry into 70.3 Lake Tahoe was earned!
A D3 All-American in Cross-Country in college, Elizabeth spent her childhood biking around the streets of Spokane WA on her banana boat seat, streamers-waving bike when visiting her grandparents and running around the grass tracks and swimming for a summer league in Wapato, WA.
Elizabeth has competed in numerous sprint and Olympic distances, 8 x 70.3s and 2 full distance Ironmans. She is an avid roadrunner and trail runner and enjoys rotating her 11 dogs on various distanced runs. Her favorite distance is the 70.3 and her most memorable race was Escape From Alcatraz.
She is excited to coach for Excell Tri coaching and loves connecting with athletes of all abilities!
